| happy thanksgiving everyone. love yall.

| I am not sure if you all knew about this, but for about a month my mom has been in illinois because my grandmother (her mom) hasn't been doing too well. She first went up there because her white blood cells were very low and urinary tract infection or something of that nature and had to have surgery. The surgery went pretty well from what she said and was going to come back home but a day or two before she was going to leave, she had a stroke. She had some good days and also some bad days too and my mom was afraid to leave because it seemed like she was going to go pretty soon. Well, yesterday morning around 2 a.m., the doctors called mom and her family that her temperature was over 100 degrees and her breathing was irregular and seemed like she was about to go. Around 6 a.m. she passed away. Mom called me about 3 hours after it happened and she seemed o.k. about it. She was 90 and wasn't really doing well for the last few years. But now we know she is in a better place now she is now without her pain, her suffering and now i bet she is praising right now. We will miss her and i wished i could have spent more time with her when she was alive.
So, tommorrow my sisters and i are going to illinois, so please pray for traveling graces and just keep our family in our prayers.

| so i am back in meridian. been here for a couple of weeks, layin low for a while (kinda an understatement). still trying to get back into the swing of things. im back to workin at tha bible bookstore and its been good there so far.
not sure everybody knows about this yet but a while back my mom had decided that she wanted to move back to illinois where all of her family is originally from and was going to leave us this month, i really wasnt sure what i was going to do if she was going to leave. but she changed her mind a little bit over a week ago and she is staying here.
if anyone is interested or didnt know, next tuesday tha 13 in memphis, Anberlin, Jonezetta, Cute Is What We Aim For, and some other band is playing. if yall wanna go let me know or if yall going, umm can i tag along?
